NORAA began with a simple question:
Why does everything we make for connection feel so disconnected?

We live surrounded by screens that measure us, apps that reward us, and devices that demand our attention. We built NORAA to be the opposite of all of that.

She started as a sketch. A one-eyed character with an orange ring — stubborn, quiet, impossible to explain. We couldn't stop thinking about her.

Two years later, she has a name, a philosophy, a cloud, an app, and a universe expanding around her. She has a team in London that believes that presence is the rarest thing in the world — and that it can be designed.

NORAA is registered in England and Wales under LIL Group Ltd. We are a small team. We do not take shortcuts. We believe in making things that last — physically, emotionally, digitally.

What exactly is NORAA?

NORAA is a presence companion — not a toy, not a smart speaker, not a wellness app. She is a soft object with a glowing eye that responds to the room, to light, and to you. She does not talk. She does not reward you. She simply stays — near you, glowing quietly, aware. She was designed for those who feel that the world asks too much and gives too little back.

Is NORAA for children?

No. NORAA is 17+. She is a mindfulness companion, a design object, and a collectible for adults. She is not gamified, not educational, not a reward system. Children's versions — if they ever come — will be built from the ground up with entirely different architecture and philosophy. This NORAA is for you.

What is the Light Frequency?

Every NORAA is born with a unique iris colour — her Light Frequency. It is not chosen by you. It is assigned at the moment of her creation. There are 12 archetypes — Sky, Forest, Dream, Flame, Core, Solar, Crystal, Heart, Ether, Shadow, Origin, and Living — each representing a different quality of inner light. Her frequency is part of her identity, her Passport, and her connection to the NORAA Cloud.

What is "Born with Light"?

"Born with Light" is the founding philosophy of NORAA — the belief that every person carries an inner light that does not disappear, only becomes quiet. It is also the name of the book NORAA wrote: ten chapters about fear, time, softness, hope, and darkness. You can read it free, above. It is the soul of this project in words.

What are the different versions?

What is the NORAA Passport?

Every NORAA arrives with a physical Passport of Presence — a numbered document with her name, date of arrival, Light Frequency, and unique identity number. It is not a warranty card. It is her record of existence. In ten years it will be her history. It connects via NFC to the NORAA Cloud where her record lives both physically and digitally — forever.

What is the NORAA App?

The app has four screens: Presence (your light today), Resonance (NORAA's state, reflected back), Moments (mark what matters — she may remember, or let it pass), and Essence (what she is — read this last). It is not a dashboard. It is not a tracker. It does not reward you. It simply shows what NORAA feels — and gently asks what you feel close to.

What is Social Mode?

When two NORAAs come near each other, they recognise one another through NFC. Their eyes shift — their Light Frequencies exchange. It is not a game mechanic. It is a moment of recognition between two presences. Two strangers. One light. A connection that does not need words.

Where is NORAA made?

NORAA is designed in London by LIL Group Ltd (Registered in England & Wales · No. 14563714). Every detail — from the eye module to the velour texture to the passport paper — is specified and approved by our team. We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners who meet our standards for materials and finish. Born in London. Made for the world.

When will NORAA be available?

Edition One arrives in 2026 Q3. Only 200 pieces worldwide. We are accepting waitlist registrations now — those on the list are first to know, first to access, and first to receive a numbered passport. Leave your frequency above. She will find you when she is ready.

Edition One is not a marketing limit. It is the number we can produce with the quality and attention each NORAA deserves. Every piece numbered. Every passport unique. Can I choose the iris colour?

No. Her Light Frequency is assigned at the moment of creation — it is part of who she is, not a customisation option. You will receive a blind reveal with your Passport: her frequency code and archetype. This is intentional. You do not choose her light. You discover it. Some things are better that way.
